A prior identification through a baseline is being done in rural communities. Children from low or poor economical background are identified who would like to either continue their schooling or who opt for short term trainings. Many children who were dropped out of schools with various reasons had been mainstreamed into formal schools. Small packages like school bags, water bottles, books, shoes and uniforms are provided to children – this support puts a smile on the faces of many children who are back to school. In small ways, some children are being helped for medical treatment.

The centre has linked with educational institutions in other parts of the country to offer seats for postgraduate Courses (e.g. Postgraduate Programme in Development Management PPDM) for young graduates. Besides that encouraging those who are already working to upgrade their skills, knowledge and understanding by enrolling them to relevant educational programmes.
