To ensure development and to upgrade the working skills of the team in the project. We conduct trainings with various resource persons from different disciplines.
Owing to the fact that the state has a high number of school drop outs in each communities, the organization conducts various workshops on skill development for youngsters.
This programme is in collaboration and linkage with Child Help Foundation. The programme is to be abreast with time, to empower the underprivileged children to lead a dignified quality life, to be an equal opportunity provider for the upliftment of the under privileged children.
Special learning centres in the Government primary schools of Dimapur is one of the main focus of the organization. Vibrant Libraries in government schools -widening the scope of teaching and learning through activity.
