NCHD&IT takes initiative to ensure that the staff in the organization is resource – capable to manage and implement project programs towards result oriented product.

Initially, the team in the organization has been supportive, very effective and capacitated by the Organization by regularly monitoring and capacity building. The project team in particular has been capacitated in outreach program planning, program implementation, documentation, reporting, community mobilization and networking, financial management and human resource management and assessment along with evaluative meetings. Periodical trainings and workshops are being attended outside the organization.

Working in schools to improve quality education and with community to strengthen their ownership and engagement with schools and education, the learning centers under NCHD&IT differs in several aspects by following a pedagogy based on learning through activity wherein NCHD&IT team is primarily especially trained towards child-friendly teaching and learning method.
