Mercy has been associated with NCHD&IT for over 4 years. She has completed her MSW specialization in Community Development. She has been associated with the development sector. She is very dedicated and she gave her whole heart related to work. She coordinating with different project, approaching different agencies and organization to make the NCHD&IT stronger and grow. She is working with farmers and group of women in livelihood.

She has completed her MSW specialization in Family and Child Welfare. Thechano has been associated with NCHD&IT for over 4 years. She is working with Self Help Group (SHGs). She has given number of training on skill development and entrepreneur. She has works research study, writing email, calling and contacts different companies how to connect with the market to promote the JLGs and SHGs products helping them to sustain their daily livelihood. She love challenging and till date she has achieved.

Experience working as school warden earlier, he joined NCHD&IT and associated for 6 years. He has completed B.Com. He works helping the unprivileged children supporting on education and medical support. He is the team leader. He is open to new ideas and new situation, loves interacting with people from any backgrounds, enriching himself about their unique cultures.

She has completed her MA from Pune. Since from her school days she love participating and helping the society. She was 2nd runner up beauty pageant of Miss Nagaland in year 2010.
She is so attach to children and she always dream to work with children. She enjoys spending time with children even when is not teaching them and she like to explore new ways of teaching. She has been associated with NCHD&IT for 2 years as an Project Manager of CSR. She looked after all the sector and focus on the various programs such as imparting children with the basic primary education. She never fails to shows her skilled in negotiation, business planning, operation management, business development and forecasting.

She has completed MA specialization Sociology. She is the loyal and dedicated employee of NCHD&IT who work with us for the last 2 years as Core team looking after the education learning centre and teaching the children of primary students. She love challenges and set a mind toward achieving something and push herself until she achieves her goals.

He has completed BA from Sakus Mission College Dimapur, Nagaland. He is a go- getter and does not let anything come in a way. He is passionate about making a difference and has a desire to give back to the society and volunteering is the first step which he takes towards bringing about a positive change. He is associated with NCHD&IT from the past 2 years as Core team he works with education functionaries to build understanding of the challenges face by schools and communities and develop an effective educational in primary school.

He has completed MA in History from Zisaji presidency College Kiphire, Nagaland. A man who has a strong observation and gives better impact in the project. He has deeper understanding on the foundations of education, principles of learning, nature and pedagogy of subject (language and maths). He is working with government primary school targeting four schools in Kiphire by setting up a learning centre with objective improve primary education of Kiphire Distict.

She has newly been associated with NCHD&IT. She is very much involving in society since from her childhood. She participate lots in any activities like singing, dancing, sports etc. Since she takes parts, many children learn to sing, dance and sports.

He is associated with NCHD&IT since from 2016. Our resourceful and liaison person who helps to reach out all the unreached area. Who helps to make all the impossible possible. He being working as volunteer and has given his best in his work. We are proud to have in our organization.

She is the office administrator in charge of records and data base. She provides logistical support to field workers and officers. She has over five years’ experience. She worked as a local coordinator in “hole in the Wall Project” – monitoring the software and hardware of the learning station in two districts of Nagaland state – Tuensang & Longleng Districts (2010 – 2012). Under the same project she trained teachers on the use of ICT technologies and how to use the facilities of the learning station while encouraging the children to use the learning station. Chang as trained women in livelihood based technologies (detergent powder and dish wash liquid; and mushroom cultivation and management, beside others).
