Nagaland Centre for Human Development and Information Technology (NCHD-IT) is managed by a Board of Advisors comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. The board is formed for a period of one year and a few independent members of eminence and reputation are nominated each year. Members of this board meet once every quarter

Ms. P.T. Aienla is the Chief Advisor and co-founder of NCHD-IT. She was the Executive Director from the inception in the year May 2000 to August 2015. She holds a Master Degree in Education and a Post Graduate in Development Management from Behavioral Science Centre, (St. Xavier’s College) Gujarat State (2001-2003). Besides, she also holds a Diploma in Environmental Processes in Formal Education (Uppsala University, Sweden) and a Diploma in Water Treatment Management from Stockholm Water Company, Sweden. Aienla has extensive experience in community work, training and leadership. Besides, Aienla is a researcher of refute. Her most recent scholarly published papers are as follows. (1) Environmental Determinism in Entrepreneurial Development in Gujarat – An Indian Perspective (South Asian Journal of Socio-Political Studies (SAJOSPS) July-Dec 2015 issue PP 67-72; (2) Role of Education, Training and Experience in Entrepreneurial Success – University News (Association of Indian Universities), New Delhi, Vol. No 54 (10), March 07-03-2016. Ms P.T. Aienla Lemtor lives with her husband and daughter in Nairobi, Kenya where she is involved in socio-economic development and empowerment of marginalized groups and communities in Elgeyo Marakwet County.

He is engineering graduate and Director of Yingli Mission Society. He has experienced of more than 12 years in NGO sector working for the welfare of the underprivileged section of the society and building community response to various health issues across Nagaland State.

He is MBA holder working as Manager in TLC Company. And IT Professional with wide interest in social cause’s development is actively involved in program implementation and networking in the social area for the cause of Society.

Mrs. Moala Aier

MA graduate and B.Ed. She is headmistress of Government Primary School in Dimapur.

Mr. Jongpongchiten
Member

He is a J.C.Counsultancy Dimapur Nagaland. He has worked as state consultant, PPTCT, NCSACS in 2015 and he worked as state project officer (Nagaland) UNDP India in 2011- 2013 and worked as recipient of WWF India Fellowship in 2010.

Mrs. Akokla
Member

She is MA and LLB from Gujarat University. Earlier she was faculty cum counselor at Cambridge Academy, Ahmedabad. She was Asst.Professor and head of the department at St.John College , Dimapur, Nagaland. She now freelancer writer and volunteer supporting NCHD-IT education department. At present she working as lecture at Salokaya college of nursing
